Application Description

eCalc is a free Windows calculator with basic and scientific functions. The Calculator is designed with a high level of aesthetics, including large buttons and an easy to read display. The calculator operates with a frameless Border and stays open above your other programs - making it an ideal side companion tool. Notable features of this calculator include memory functions, percent, sqrt(x), sqr(x), inv(x), and an engineering exponent key (EEX).

Very simple by Juan Antonio - Mar 1, 2012

Clean and simple calculator. Big buttons!

I'm not sure I understand what this tool brings that the built-in calculators on your OS don't already have. There's no programmer mode, and clicking Scientific Mode sends you to a website with a calculator that has a little more functionality, but is still nothing special.
An enhanced calculator by Cristina - Mar 1, 2012

Who says "high level of aesthetics" for this application never saw 3D buttons and skins in his life. Beyond this visual appearance, it does have more functions than Windows' calculator. My favorite button: '(-)', the negativity button (so simple to add to a calculator, so hard to do without it).

Neat little calculator, but for the scientific mode maybe you have to use a web app?
